Webinar #3 in Portugal: Soil Health & Carbon Farming
On April 17th 2025, AGROBIO held a webinar titled Soil Health & Carbon Sequestration as part of the Carbon Farming Awareness Hub project. The session featured Luis Silva, farmer and manager of Quinta do Freixo in the Algarve, who shared practical techniques – such as rotational grazing – used on his certified organic farm to improve soil health and increase carbon sequestration.
With 41 participants and 94 registrations, the webinar received very positive feedback. Attendees showed strong interest, particularly in the practical aspects of the practices presented.
