Final Project Meeting in Lisbon
On September 9-10 2025, the partners of the Carbon Farming Awareness Hub project gathered in Lisbon for the project’s final meeting.
Over the two days, the consortium reviewed the final steps of the initiative and discussed the upcoming Policy Brief, which will soon be published. This document will provide key recommendations for scalling up carbon farming across Europe.
This meeting was not only a conclusion, but also a starting point: ensuring that the knowledge, tools, and collaborations developed throughout the project continue to support farmers, advisors, and communities in their transition toward climate-smart agriculture.
