Dissemination Event: Organic Farming & Carbon Sequestration
On the 21st March 2025, AGROBIO organised an event at Monsanto Forest Park in Lisbon, targeting secondary school students and teachers.
The focus was on raising awareness about Carbon Farming and its role in suburban areas, emphasising sustainable practices to improve soil fertility climate change.
This event received positive feedback, with active participation from students and teachers.
The event was successful, and the final discussion highlighted key challenges and opportunities for applying carbon practices in urban environments.
